About this report

Frequently asked

What is the CozyJobs Report?

The CozyJobs Report is a free weekly read on the job market, built from the thousands of live listings on cozyjobs.ai across every industry. Each edition shows which roles and companies are hiring, how pay and remote-work share are trending, and which opportunities are open.

How often is it updated?

A new report is published every week, covering the prior seven days of listings. Figures are compared against a trailing four-week baseline so trends reflect real movement, not week-to-week noise.

Which job is hiring the most this week?

This week Anthropic led all employers with 64 active openings, more than doubling its postings week-over-week. Stripe, Shopify, and The Atlantic rounded out the top of the list.

Are remote jobs still growing in 2026?

Yes — remote roles made up 61% of new listings this week, the highest share since March, while hybrid (23%) and on-site (16%) both slipped.

Where does the data come from?

Every figure is computed from the active jobs and opportunities listed on cozyjobs.ai, de-duplicated by company and role. Nothing in the report is sponsored or paid placement.

Methodology

How we built this

The CozyJobs Report is generated each week from the live listings on cozyjobs.ai — 2,612 active jobs and opportunities this period across writing, tech, marketing, design, media, science, and more. We measure week-over-week change against a trailing four-week baseline. “Trending” reflects the change in the number of active postings, de-duplicated by company and role. Pay figures use only listings that publicly disclose compensation. Nothing here is sponsored — it’s simply what’s moving through the board.
