CozyJobs is a product of OmList LLC ("OmList," "CozyJobs," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use:
- the CozyJobs platform,
- related websites and dashboards,
- the CozyApply Chrome extension,
- and associated services under the CozyWorld brand.

6. LLM and AI Processing Disclosure
CozyJobs may use large language models (LLMs) and related AI tooling to assist with:

- cover letter drafting,
- job-specific customization,
- and application text suggestions.
When these features are used, relevant user-provided inputs (such as resume text, job descriptions, and preferences) may be processed by OmList systems and/or AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
Our AI Processing Commitments
- We use AI outputs as assistive content; final responsibility for submitted content remains with the user.
- We restrict internal access to personal data based on business need.
- We seek contractual safeguards with processors handling user data.
- We do not intentionally use your private application documents to train public models in a way that identifies you.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and related technologies for:
- authentication and session management,
- remembering settings/preferences,
- analytics and performance monitoring,
- security and fraud prevention.
You can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
